Where required by law, a waste transfer note or similar documentation will be completed and retained by the Company. The Customer agrees to provide any information reasonably required for this purpose, including a description of the Waste and its origin.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Waste presented for collection has been generated lawfully and that they have the right to arrange for its removal. The Customer agrees not to present any Waste that they know or suspect to be hazardous or prohibited without prior disclosure and agreement.
While we will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Services, certain factors are outside our control, including traffic delays, weather conditions, third-party actions, and the operating hours of waste transfer facilities.
Times for arrival and completion are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing as time-critical. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, provided that we have acted with reasonable care.
11.1 Our liability to you

The Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The inclusion of hazardous or prohibited items in the Waste without prior disclosure.
Any infringement of third-party rights arising from the removal of Waste from the Site, where the Customer did not have the authority to arrange disposal.
